Feud continues? Taylor Swift's music returns to streaming sites on same day Katy Perry releases new album

Jazzdragon wrote: 'I have no loyalty with any artists on music but after what Taylor Swift just did, I'm listening to Katy Perry's new album'.

After three years of making her albums unavailable, #Taylor Swift chose to put them back on all music streaming services, including #Spotify, Amazon music, Google Play Music and iTunes.

So the question this morning is, why are Taylor Swift's albums now on Spotify? After writing an open letter to Apple Music, the company changed their policy and she forged a partnership with them, allowing the service to stream her songs. "That's deffo not coincidental #clawsout". Swift, even if a certain cat-titled collective strongly thinks otherwise.

But the timing of Swift's decision has sparked a backlash, with the singer accused of being "immature" and "petty".

The news that Swift's music is returning to Spotify comes in the wake of an announcement from the Recording Industry Association Of America (RIAA) that the pop megastar has officially been certified for moving 100 million song units. When it was first released in 2014, her fifth studio album 1989 made the fastest climb to 5 million equivalent units than any other album since Usher's Confessions in 2004.

Marshawn Lynch chose to unretire when Raiders announced move to Las Vegas
But when we're talking a getting glimpse of Marshawn Lynch joining his new Oakland Raiders team, that constitutes legitimate hype. The Raiders will remain in Oakland for at least the next two seasons while their Las Vegas stadium is built.

"Especially when someone tries to assassinate my character with little girls".

Just recently, the "Bad Blood" artist has shaken off her views towards streaming apps.

Except, no one or, let's be honest here, Taylor, did that to Katy (although she might, incidentally, may have given Swift actual legal standing to sue her, ironically, for defamation of character).

The backup dancer battle was first brought up in 2014 when Swift told Rolling Stone that an unnamed pop star and former friend had stolen backup dancers for her tour. "Honestly, it's really like she started it and it's time for her to finish it".

Money talks, Katy and... well, Taylor can tell you the rest.
