WONDER WOMAN 2 Will Take Place in America!

Patty Jenkins did offer possible details about Wonder Woman 2 in that it may be set during today and also in part in the United States. We will likely see her in Justice League, but this option guarantees that as long as the studio wants to make a sequel to Wonder Woman, Diana Prince will be played by Gal Gadot.

It turns out Gadot was pregnant through much of the filming of the box-office hit. Gal flew all the way to London to shoot for the movie.

It wouldn't be the first theatrical release of Jenkins' to attract attention from the Academy, with Charlize Theron's performance in the director's only other offering, 2003's Monster, taking out the award for Best Actress.

It's a good result for director Patty Jenkins and potentially an even better bargaining chip, with reports Jenkins is yet to sign to direct an nearly inevitable sequel. Gunn's second Chris Pratt-Zoe Saldana film earned 54 percent more than its predecessor on opening weekend. Not only has the movie performed well commercially, it has also garnered critical acclaim for its plot and action sequences.

There is no word from Warner Bros.as of yet, but with the reception of the film so far, Patty Jenkins will be ready when the call comes.

BA travel problems enter 3rd day as most services resume
British Airways is recovering from a major computer meltdown this weekend that forced the airline to ground its fleet in London . BA was asking passengers not to turn up until 90 minutes before their flights because of the level of congestion at Heathrow.

This is only good news for Patty Jenkins, who can now use the success of the movie and all the support she has from fans to line up a pretty sweet deal to direct the sequel. To my relief and delight, Jenkins, Gadot, and screenwriter Allan Heinberg get it.

Baroness Paula von Gunther was created by William Moulton Marston as the first recurring enemy of Wonder Woman. I went through glass on windows, " she said.

In March 2017, director Patty Jenkins told EW, "The story will take place in the US, which I think is right".
