Kansas City Royals' Mike Moustakas is embraced by Salvador Perez after his three-run home run off Boston Red Sox starting pitcher Rick Porcello during the fourth inning of a baseball game at Fenway Park Friday

Rick Porcello got the start on the hill for the Red Sox and got in a hole early on after giving up a solo home run in the second inning to Royals' catcher, Salvador Perez. Both players are set to be free agents after the season, meaning like Darvish, the Red Sox likely won't have to give up their top prospects to get either player. Vargas is 2-3 with a 3.74 ERA in seven career starts against Boston and has held first baseman Mitch Moreland to 3-for-17. Pomeranz has had a good year so far, going 10-4 with a 3.51 ERA, 108 SO and a 1.34 WHIP. Eduardo Rodriguez will start Saturday and Drew Pomeranz on Sunday in the series finale. He has 79 strikeouts with 27 walks this season and a 1.23 WHIP. The Sox fell 4-2 to the Royals. Kansas City is now 54-47 overall and 24-24 on the road while Boston comes into today's game 56-48 overall and 29-19 at home. Jason Vargas pitched six innings for KC and allowed just one run to earn his 13 win of the season. Eric Hosmer leads the Royals with 122 hits and 54 RBI while Mike Moustakas and Lorenzo Cain have combined for 199 hits and 96 RBI.

Moustakas, who competed in the 2017 Home Run Derby during the All-Star is now only six home runs away from the leader in single season home runs for the Royals (Steve Balboni).

Here's How Much A Taiwanese Factory Will Cost Wisconsin Taxpayers
At 20 million square feet, the factory would be one of the largest in the nation, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel . The plant will be tasked with producing displays used for in-car infotainment systems, as well as televisions and computers .

Bet on Royals vs. There hasn't been a whole lot of interest from other teams since many don't need a power bat - which could make him a cheap addition for Boston. I like Boston to the Royals streak here.
