Few days back, we covered a report (via Daily Mail) claiming that Chelsea have made a bid to sign England global and Arsenal star Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in the summer transfer window.

Oxlade-Chamberlain is far from the only Arsenal player to have only months remaining on their current deals, with Sanchez, Mesut Ozil, Santi Cazorla and Jack Wilshere also on expiring contracts along with fringe squad members such as Kieran Gibbs, Carl Jenkinson, Joel Campbell and Matt Macey. "I have regular conversations with the players where I tell them where I stand and they know what I want and where I stand on that front".

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has reportedly informed Chelsea that he will not push through an Arsenal exit unless his wage demands are met in full.

But, with the England global approaching the final year of his contract, Wenger said he plans to keep Wilshere at the club next season before reviewing his situation at the end of the campaign.

North Korean attack could escalate to war
The state-run news agency said Mr Kim would watch the actions of the United States for a while longer before making a decision. The Liberation day holiday, a rare one celebrated by both North and South, will be followed next week by joint U.S.

The Little Mix star, who went public with the Arsenal player earlier this year, took to Instagram to post a picture of Alex on his 24th birthday on Tuesday. "Personally, I want him to stay here for a long time".

"That (possibly allowing Sanchez to leave for free) is a outcome of what I say, yes, unfortunately".

"You have still that possibility and we work on that as well. I'm convinced that he will be in the next two to three years the English player everyone looks at".

"But in this case, I think I prioritise the fact that he will be useful on the sporting side".
