It appears that Indians can not take a defeat well as after the team lost a T20 match against the Australian's, the cricket team's bus came under attack while touring India.

The board said the rock was "believed to be roughly the size of a cricket ball" and had ended up inside the bus.

"Really unfortunate incident after a great game aimed to tarnish Guwahati's reputation as an emerging sports hub".

Meanwhile, as per the direction of Sonowal, a team comprising state sports minister Naba Kumar Doley, chief secretary Pipersenia and the police chief met the Australian team to show the government's support and brief them about the security arrangements that have been made after the incident.

"Guwahati stone-throwing incident NOT reflective of our security measures".
