Coffee was also considered to be linked with a decreased risk of several cancers including endometrial, skin, prostate and liver cancer and also of diabetes mellitus type 2, gout and gallstones as per the researchers.

The research that was collected with the proofs from the previous two hundred or more conducted researches indicates that coffee consumption lowers premature death risks and prevents heart diseases. Among these groups, they said coffee could be harmful.

Three to four cups of coffee a day provides the maximum benefit as per the scientists, except for pregnant women and people who might have a higher potential of suffering fractures.

Despite years of fears that coffee is detrimental to health, researchers at the British Medical Journal (BMJ) have found that coffee is "more likely to benefit health than to harm it". The best outcome was witnessed for liver conditions like cirrhosis of the liver.

"This paper should not be interpreted as meaning we should all drink coffee for good health, because it is not possible to directly make the link with this kind of study, and because there are too many lifestyle and other confounding factors".

Previously, China was eyeballing a ban for the popular Battle Royale game due to its refusal to adhere to the country's strict social values.

People who guzzle three to four cups of coffee a day benefit most from the hot drink's health benefits, according to a new study.

The research, which extracted evidences from over 200 past studies on the matter, also discovered that drinking coffee was linked to lower risks of diabetes, liver disease, some cancers, and even dementia.

A team led by Dr Robin Poole, specialist registrar in public health at the University of Southampton, with collaboration from the University of Edinburgh, carried out an umbrella review of 201 studies. Drinking above that number in the same period didn't appear to show any harm, although the benefits were less apparent.

There also seemed to be beneficial associations between coffee consumption and Parkinson's disease, depression and Alzheimer's disease. "Moderate coffee consumption seems remarkably safe, and it can be incorporated as part of a healthy diet by most of the adult population".
