Louis CK Movie Premiere Canceled On The Verge Of Potentially “Damning” New York Times Story

For years, rumors of sexual harassment have swirled around comedian Louis CK.

Lewis Kay, C.K.'s publicist, told the Times in a Tuesday email, "Louis is not going to answer any questions". We will update this post if we hear back.

The women claim that C.K invited them up for a nightcap after their late show. As soon as they sat down, the women said, Louis C.K. asked if he could take his penis out of his trousers.

Both women said they told others about the incident the day after it happened and they "could already feel the backlash". Becky denied that he threatened the women. Performer Abby Schachner tells the Times she overheard him masturbating while talking to her on the phone. During the call, she said, she could hear him masturbating. It was enough to make her believe C.K. was confusing her with yet another woman he had assaulted. She declined his advances.

Actress Courteney Cox and her ex-husband, actor David Arquette - who were executive producers of the pilot - confirmed Corry's account of the story to the Times and agreed that the incident had taken place. "What happened to Rebecca [Corry] on that set was bad".

What did the fifth woman say?

Meanwhile, another comedian, Rebecca Cory, alleged that C.K. asked her if he could masturbate in front of her while the pair were appearing in a TV pilot together in 2005. Instead of shutting this duo down tout suite, C.K.'s character instead makes a passionate speech defending a relationship that could amount to statutory rape. So you go, 'Should I leave the house with an umbrella, or not?' " she told the Village Voice. She now says she thinks "he released my album to cover his tracks", she said. "He abused his power".

The New York premiere of Louis C.K.'s upcoming film, I Love You, Daddy, set for Thursday, has been canceled. In the film, the comedian plays a father whose teenage daughter (Chloe Grace Moretz) seemingly becomes the romantic interest of a much older man.

What's Next for Roy Moore? I Have a Guess
The statement also notes that Moore has been married to the same woman for 33 years and has four children and five grandchildren. Sexual contact, like that described by Corfman, with an underage person is a misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail.

Before the Times story posted this morning, the Orchard said it had canceled the premiere of I Love You, Daddy. "And then he really did it", Ms. Goodman said in an interview with The New York Times. "Shameless" star William H. Macy will be the lead guest star on the episode instead.

"They're rumors, that's all that is", he said.

A spokesman for Louis C.K. didn't return immediate messages for comment.

Three years later, Gawker reported that C.K. expressed a desire to an anonymous tipster via email that he wanted to discuss the allegations with him.

Corry says she chose to go on with the show, because she didn't want to be the person who stopped production. And let us not forget the allegations YEARS AGO that surfaced about Woody Allen (he did end up marrying his adopted daughter which is a 10 out of 10 on the creepy scale), seems C.K. may be standing on ice that is just as thin as "Woody" at this point. "That's nothing to me".

Tig Notaro told The Daily Beast that C.K. needs to "handle" his sexual-misconduct rumors.

The accusations come after a series of similar allegations against other powerful Hollywood figures.
