Nintendo's Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp coming to Play Store this week

Thankfully, according to Nintendo's official Twitter account, we'll finally be able to get our hands on the game beginning Wednesday, November 22.

Be warned: although the game is live on the App Store and Google Play, some players are reporting its servers as being unstable right now, with with occasional connection errors.

Much like previous Animal Crossing games, Pocket Camp will reflect a real passage of time. Considering that it's still better than nothing at all I am going to say that Nintendo has at least created something new and slightly interesting with Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp that should at least be worth a few hours of playtime at a minimum. Despite the delay, fans are happy to have some new content from one of Nintendo's biggest IP's.

Following Super Mario Run and Fire Emblem Heros, Nintendo's proven to know a thing or two when it comes to mobile gaming. There are several other areas of the map to visit for fishing, catching bugs, collecting fruit, and more.

Help Animals As You Explore: "While visiting different recreational spots, you'll meet new animals who could use a little help".

There are in-app purchases if you want to speed the process along using real money, but Nintendo has stressed that these are entirely optional.

Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp hits iOS and Android devices November 22nd.

"Your campsite can be anything you like-from a traditional space that celebrates nature to a flashy fun house with concerts and rides". The materials you collect are used to craft items to decorate your campsite.
