Pharma bro Martin Shkreli has had a bit of a rough year.

"The court should hold Shkreli financially accountable for his criminal conduct by requiring him to forfeit the amounts above, which total $7,360,450.00, and enter a forfeiture money judgment against him in that total amount", the filing reads. They then listed his "Once Upon A Time in Shaolin" album, which Shkreli bought for $2 million - before he became the "most hated man in America" for dramatically jacking up the price of a life-saving drug. They are also hoping to seize a Picasso painting and an original Enigma machine, which Shkreli has described as a "Nazi relic" as it was used by the German military in the second world war.

TMZ spoke to his attorney, Ben Brafman, who told them, "Our position is clear". A listing for the album was posted on eBay and allegedly sold for $1 million in September - while Shkreli was in prison - though the buyer was never identified. It's possible yet the public will get to hear that album, as the Department of Justice is demanding Shkreli fork it over as part of a $7.36 million forfeiture, CNBC reported on Friday.
